Radio Pallet Shuttle Shelving Systems are energy efficient,  with battery charging 3 hours, and keep working 8 hours in temperatures from 50 down to -30 degrees. The Semi-Automated Shuttle Systems utilize forklifts and are modular and easily converted to a fully automated system, as your business needs and labor demands require.

Shuttle channel racking for high throughput performance

Shuttle channel racking offers many advantages, ranging from the high throughput performance during complete filling and emptying of a pallet channel, to collision-free storage and retrieval of pallets as well as optimum space utilization thanks to less operation aisles required.
TOCO Shuttle channel racking systems - comprising a pallet shuttle, basic truck and channel racks - enable efficient use of your storage space. The racking offers sufficient height and width for multiple pallet channels. The low height utilization per channel level allows effective use of the available storage height. Most forklift truck with sufficient residual capacity can be used as a basic truck.
